As a Switch user myself I am always looking for the next "cozy" game or latest games coming soon to the console. However, the switch online app has no shop functionality and this was my lightbulb moment.

This redesign was based on my hypothesis that existing users are experiencing a sense of confusion as to what benefit the app gives them, leading to potential drop-offs and missed opportunities.
